Although the image above is interesting in itself, the reason for the sign in the shop window may relate to Coco Chanel, who had a significant attachment to Lausanne, where the image was captured.

From a quick glance, you will have noticed the heavy editing. This image in particular was first cartoonised with clip2comic.
